Welcome to America Certify. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, academic consulting services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the America Certify platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

2. Definitions

  • "Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to America Certify.
  • "Client", "you", "your" refers to the individual or entity using our Services.
  • "Order" means a request for a specific service (e.g., research, editing, consultation).
  • "Deliverable" refers to the final work product provided to you after order completion.

3. Services Provided

America Certify offers professional academic consulting, including but not limited to:

  • Research proposal development and literature review assistance.
  • Proofreading, editing, and formatting according to academic standards (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
  • Statistical analysis consultation and data interpretation.
  • Study guides, annotated bibliographies, and sample outlines.

All deliverables are for research and reference purposes only. Clients are solely responsible for how they use these materials and must ensure compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or when placing an order. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

5. Order Process & Payment Terms

To request a service, you must submit an order form with detailed instructions and deadlines. After submission, we will confirm availability and pricing. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment: Full payment is required upfront before work begins. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect confirmed orders already paid for.
  • Invoicing: Invoices are available upon request. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of payment.

6. Revision Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the deliverable. Therefore, we offer free revisions under the following conditions:

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of order delivery.
  • Revisions must strictly address the original instructions provided. New requirements or significant scope changes may incur additional fees.
  • We reserve the right to limit revision attempts to two (2) rounds per order unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to fair outcomes. Refunds are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis:

  • Full refund: If we fail to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe (excluding force majeure).
  • Partial refund: If the delivered work does not substantially meet the original requirements and cannot be corrected after reasonable revision attempts.
  • Cancellation before work starts: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of payment for a full refund. After work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on completed progress.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of order delivery. Requests beyond that period will not be honored.
  • No refunds will be issued for orders where you have already submitted the deliverable for academic credit.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the deliverable for personal, non‑commercial, academic reference purposes. We retain ownership of all underlying methodologies, templates, and proprietary content. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your original creation without appropriate attribution. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or that any specific results will be achieved. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, America Certify and its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or academic penalties, arising from your use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless America Certify from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of our deliverables, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third‑party rights or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and each party shall bear its own costs. Class actions are not permitted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will provide additional notice via email or a website banner.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. Upon termination, any pending orders will be canceled, and refunds will be issued according to Section 7.
